08 -09 SEASON TRAINING STARTED U8 to U14
Training has commenced for the 08-09 season and its great to see all the familiar faces back along with some new ones as well. At our kick off meeting we elected a small comittee to assist with the running of the mini's this year, and we welcome the more hands on role adopted by these parents, both comittee members and those interested in coaching. Coaching courses will be provided for all parents interested in this.
Provision will be made this year for U14 players as we are hoping to begin the process of building an U14 outfit. This is a gap that needs to be bridged at loughrea underage level and is a vital link between Mini grade U12 and our U16 team. We would welcome players aged 12 to 14 to attend our normal Sunday morning 11.00am session.
